Eleven working modules, each filmed doing its job. The stills below are live screenshots of the demo book; the films drop into their plates as they are cut, and every runtime shown is a planned length until then.

Why AI‑native beats bolted‑on
Most CRMs added a text generator and called it AI. Acorn was built the other way round: every one of its ~95 staff capabilities, from drafting a letter to publishing a listing, is also a tool its agents can hold. Same permissions, same audit trail, same rules. That is the whole trick, and it changes what the software can take off your desk.
The bolt‑on
Acorn
Drafts a paragraph and leaves the job with you
Does the job end to end, then reports
Lives in a side panel with powers of its own
Holds the same ~95 capabilities as your staff, nothing more
No record of how it got there
Every run in a flight recorder, step by step
Either cannot act, or acts unasked
Consequential actions wait in your approval queue
A workforce that never sleeps
Three agents ship with the demo book: an enquiry handler on a ten-minute heartbeat, a compliance chaser sweeping hourly, an arrears agent at eight each morning. Each one works the same queue your staff would, and every run is recorded step by step in the flight recorder: reasoning, tools, outcomes.
Film to followAnything risky waits for your stamp
When an agent wants to send, serve or charge, it stops here first. You read the exact email or text before it leaves, add a note for the audit trail, and approve or decline. Approving runs the action once, as you; declining stops it. Every decision is audited.
Film to followListings that cannot go out illegal
Every property carries its EPC and statutory record from instruction to listing. If a rating sits below the legal minimum for letting, Acorn blocks the publish until it is put right, so an unlawful listing never reaches a portal with your name on it.

Film to followEvery statutory clock, always ticking
EICR, gas safety, EPC, Right to Rent, deposit protection: every deadline across the portfolio, amber inside thirty days and red when overdue. The chaser agent sweeps hourly and drafts the chasing itself.
Film to followRenters' Rights, already the default
New tenancies are periodic by default under the Renters' Rights Act while legacy ASTs stay readable. The deposit clock counts the days left to protect, and landlord statements live one tab away.
Film to followEvery enquiry answered, on the record
The enquiry agent qualifies new leads, matches applicants and offers the next step, texting back even the calls you missed. Every draft and send, human or agent, sits in one message ledger.
Film to followA diary that closes its own loops
Book, confirm and cancel viewings against live listings, assign the negotiator, and capture the outcome while it is fresh, ready for the vendor call.
Offer to exchange, nothing skipped
Valuation to instruction, offer to exchange to completion. Fall-throughs stay on the board rather than vanishing, and relaying an offer to the vendor is never skippable, exactly as the law expects of an agent.
Film to follow
Film to followOne record per person, however many roles
A landlord who is also selling. An applicant who becomes a tenant. Acorn keeps one record with stamped roles, so nobody is filed twice and nothing falls between two copies of the same person.
Film to followFrom gas smell to closed work order
Tenants report, the board triages, contractors quote, and the work order sees it through. Emergencies surface first, and nothing closes without a record of who did what.
The whole book at a glance
One page of tiles for listings, enquiries, pipeline, arrears, compliance and approvals. Search people, properties and postcodes from anywhere, or press command K and ask Acorn to work the queue itself: chase late rent, draft gas cert reminders, book the next step.
Film to followBuilt on the rails your regulators read
Compliance in Acorn is not a report you remember to run. It is a set of clocks that tick on their own, chased hourly by an agent that always asks first.
Proof, not promises
In closed demoAcorn is in closed demo with UK agencies now. Testimonials will be printed here when the agents have earned them; until then, judge the product by watching it work.
Pricing
To be announcedPricing is being finalised with the first agencies and will be published on this page. If you want to be one of them, ask about founding terms.
